UPDATE | Shortly after visiting this shop a message was posted on their facebook page saying that they were closing down, read more here.
We were on our way to Stratford-upon-Avon for the weekend and had been doing some research to find dog shops in the area when I came across this place on facebook so we thought we’d stop and investigate…
The Boutique is one of the first shops you can see when you get to the shopping village. There are plenty of car parking spaces and a few grassy areas which Elsa was quick to take advantage of after being on the motorway!
The shop is well stocked with popular brands including BeCo & Lily’s Kitchen and sells everything from food to toys, accessories and bedding along with products for other pets including cats, birds and small animals.
Whether you need to stock up on some food or are just looking for a new toy, you’ll definitely find something in this shop… They even have novelty products like birthday cake toys!
We rarely escape a shop like this empty handed and decided to treat Elsa to some Lily’s Kitchen m’hearties, natures:menu food pouches and a chill out bandana to keep her cool.
We also spent some time talking to the lovely lady who was looking after the shop while Elsa had fun meeting her pup. All of us were made to feel very welcome, and we decided to check out the nearby dog friendly restaurant in the shopping village on her recommendation…

Although dogs are allowed inside, it was such a lovely day that we took Elsa through to the garden area where there were a few other dogs sat with their owners enjoying the sunshine.
It wasn’t quite lunchtime yet so we settled on brunch and ordered bacon and sausage butties which were served on huge brioche buns, absolutely delicious!
Afterwards we had a walk around Yew Tree Shopping Village before heading towards Stratford-upon-Avon.
We’re really glad that we stopped here, it is a lovely place to have a look around, a bite to eat and do some shopping!
