Favourite Products | Mutneys

We were introduced to Mutneys professional grooming products at Four Paws Groom School. The shampoo and conditioner left Elsa's fur beautifully soft and she had a 'freshly bathed' smell for days!

Mutneys have a huge selection of shampoos and conditioners to suit every coat type and texture, all of which are pH balanced specifically for dogs. After browsing their full range and reading the online shampoo guide, we decided to select the following products to use at home:

Coconut Shampoo for Silky Coats

This is a great 'general use' shampoo, perfect for Elsa's coat as it's designed to gently cleanse and condition. You can dilute the shampoo at a ratio of 10:1 (we'd highly recommend investing in a mixing bottle) so even a small bottle of shampoo will last a long time.

Mutneys products are incredibly good value for money - almost half the price of some of the other products that we have been using to date!

Satin Conditioning Balm

This conditioner is also recommended for general use/ silky coats and can be diluted the same way as the shampoo.

None of the products contain any dyes or bleaching agents and they are biodegradable!

This balm leaves Elsa's coat looking beautifully shiny and the floral scent is gorgeous.

Kwik-Dry K9 Spray

Drying Elsa normally takes around 30-40 minutes so I'm always willing to try anything that will help speed the process up!

This spray has a 'baby' fragrance, it also adds a bit of volume and reduces static. It comes in a ready to use bottle and sprays on easily. We used it along with our new 'blast' dryer so I can't say for certain whether the spray helped to dry her fur faster but it certainly left her smelling very nice and she was incredibly fluffy.

Again, it's reasonably priced too!

We bath Elsa at home every 10-14 days, so I'm pleased to have found an affordable range of high quality, professional grooming products that are made in the UK! We'll definitely be using the Mutneys range on a regular basis.
