Paws and Rewind – November 2018

Paws and Rewind – November 2018

Paws and Rewind is a look back at the places, products, activities and events that we have been enjoying with Elsa over the past month.

November Highlights:

We kicked November off with an appearance at the National Pet Show which took place at the NEC in Birmingham. It was such an amazing weekend and a great opportunity to meet lots of other pet lovers and get up-close and personal with some of our favourite Instagrammers and bloggers at the Hound Hangout. We also caught up with a few friends including Doug the Pug and Mojo! Elsa was very good at the event despite it being quite busy at times, she took it all in her stride and was rewarded when she got to meet a cat properly for the very first time! I'm really surprised that she was so calm and collected, possibly because of the environment that we were in at the show, because she usually gets extremely excited when a cat crosses her path on a walk... as far as experiences go, this was definitely one of our most memorable and a real highlight for Elsa too!

We've taken a little bit of time away from social media this month to recharge our batteries and catch up with a few things at home and on the blog:

Back in October we took Elsa on a walk that was inspired by The Outdoor Guide to see High Force waterfall in County Durham so we shared the details and photographs of this lovely autumn walk on the blog. TOG is such a great source for information and we can't wait to take Elsa on more of the walks detailed on the site...

I've also updated one of the most popular posts on Paws across Britain: Grooming a Lhasa Apso, to include some updated tips, tricks and product recommendations that we've developed since it was first published.
